Virtual Warrior

Virtual Warrior offers a range of single event runs, 6 month challenges and year long challenges.

Our twist? We also create special events and challenges designed to push you to your limits, both mentally and physically. These are known as our “Warrior Series” challenges and will be open to everyone, from those just starting out in their journey to personal fitness, to those that are looking for a real challenge.

We are also creating events for our Warrior Kids.

If you are wondering what the Wrongens are all about, then please read on. We all love to share our amazing OCR pictures of looking awesome and pumped to the max and why on earth wouldn't we? However, people rarely dare to bare those just awful photos that ideally we'd like to banish for all of eternity.

This is where the Wrongens come in! It's a platform to share the hilarious, not so good, bad, the ugly and damn right horrific images. There's plenty of laughs and banter to be had as well as weekly prizes and a very good chance you'll star on the weekly video too. The Coal Shed

The Coal Shed is a gourmet steak and seafood restaurant in the heart of Brighton. Named as one of the best restaurants in the UK by the prestigious Observer Food Monthly awards, it has also been recommended by The Telegraph and The Guardian, amongst others.

Our method is simple: the highest quality ingredients, expertly cooked. As well as a seasonal à la carte menu, we also offer daily specials and a great value express lunch menu. Specialities include a range of 35 day, dry aged Scottish steaks from the North Highlands in Scotland, as well as a wide selection of fish dishes including cuttlefish, oysters, sea bass, bouillabaisse and lobster.

However, our menu is not prescriptive. Instead we offer a variety of cuts and weights of meat and fish alongside various side orders to cater for each individual, or to share as you please. Furthermore, the ‘Specials’ change daily and our menu adapts seasonally to ensure the best use of local, sustainable ingredients.

For those special occasions, we also offer a private dining room. Able to cater for up to 16 people, this room is equipped with your own personal waiter. Please note, this room is not available on Friday & Saturday evenings or during Sunday lunch.

The Salt Room

The Salt Room opened on Brighton’s sea front in February 2015, headed by the team behind Brighton’s award-winning The Coal Shed Restaurant.

The Salt Room is a modern British seafood and grill restaurant.  It's focus centres on celebrating the fruits of the sea, delivering the finest seafood and grilled meat cooked over charcoal to the table. Our emphasis being on sustainability, championing local produce and continuing the ethos of sharing plates like it’s sister restaurant, The Coal Shed.

Located opposite the West Pier, this seaside dining retreat has uninterrupted sea views that can be enjoyed from the inside via its glass fronted windows and for when the temperatures rise, outside on its shaded terrace.
